Brief Introduction:
TBCP is clear liquid, also known as liquid DCP.Freezing point is 16 degree celsius, density is low than water.
It is mainly used as Initiator for the (co)polymerization of ethylene, styrene, acrylates and methacrylates.
Half-life data:
TBCP in chlorobenzene:
0.1 hr at 159℃(318°F)
1 hr at 136℃(277°F)
10 hr at 115C (239°F)
Specification:

Application:
1.Polymerization of styrene
It can be used for the polymerization and copolymerization of styrene in the temperature range of 95-125℃.
2.Crosslinked medium voltage cable compounds
It is a very efficient, liquid organic peroxide with a melting point of 16°C. Also known as liquid DCP, It is the preferred organic peroxide for "direct peroxide dosing" or "direct peroxide injection".
3.Polymerization of acrylates and methacrylates
It can be used as initiator for the solution (co)polymerization of acrylates and methacrylates in the temperature range of 130-170℃.
