Brief Introduction：
Tert-Butyl peroxypivalate is a colorless, transparent oily liquid, insoluble in water but soluble in most organic solvents. It has a freezing point below -17°C and a viscosity of 2.1 mPa.s at -10°C. It is an efficient initiator for PVC and EVA.

Application:
1.TBPPI is an efficient initiator for high-pressure ethylene polymerization in tubular or autoclave processes.
2. For vinyl chloride polymerization: This product is suitable for the suspension polymerization process of vinyl chloride at temperatures between 50-70°C.
3. This product can be used as an initiator for the suspension polymerization of acrylates and methacrylates. It is also applicable to solution and non-aqueous dispersion polymerization of acrylates for coating production.
4.This product is also an important initiator for vinyl acetate (EVA) polymerization.
5. It serves as a medium-temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester, with a curing temperature of 80-100°C, suitable for hot-press molding processes.
Package and Storage：
Our standard packaging is 20 kg polyethylene containers.
Store in a cool, ventilated area with warehouse temperatures not exceeding -15°C.
Keep away from fire and heat sources. It should be stored separately from acids, flammables, combustibles, and reducing agents.
Durability：
3-6 months（If the temperature is -18, the shelf life can be extended to 6 months）
