Product Introduction
JD5081 lowered odor ash less anti-wear hydraulic oil additive package is a new generation upgrade product of our product JD5081. It has good compatibility with base oil API II,III and synthetic oil and good stability in storage, and it also has excellent properties in anti-wear, detergency, anti-foaming, demulsibillity and corrosion resistance. The quality reaches the same level of international product and could substitute the imported product. The product can be used to prepare high pressure ash-less AW hvdraulio nil of hinh arado with decane of 0.8%. Using paraffin grade high viscosity index neutral oils-HVTS.HVIW as base oil, JD5081 can be used to prepare series and hing pressure pimp bench evaluation, it meets the requirements of the following standards:

Application
Without any Zinc and any other metallic elements,the product has excellent extreme pressure anti-wear properties and thermal oxidation stability. The prepared hydraulic oils are mainly applied in the hydraulic system with plunger pump pressure>30.0Mpa and vane pump pressure 14.0- 17.5Mpa. It is widely applied in metallurgy, plastics, mining, and the heavy dump truck, forming machine, pressing machine and other mechanical hydraulic system.
Package/Product Storage/Transportation
Net weight: 200kg/drum.
The maximum temperature should not exceed 60℃ for the storage, handling of the product and preparation of oil; for long-term storage, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃. This product is not flammable, explosive. No special preventative measure is required during use, but general preventive measures in handling of chemicals shall be followed. If the oil splashes onto skin, detergent, soap and water can be used to wash it away thoroughly.
