Product Introduction
JD6001 Hydraulic Transmission Fluid Additive Package has higher viscosity index, thermal oxidation stability, wear resistance and cleanliness to meet the working conditions of hydraulic torque converter and hydraulic coupler. Hydraulic transmission oil blended with JD6001 has the following properties:
- Suitable viscosity and good viscous-temperature performance,ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic transmission device in the temperature range of -40~ 170℃ .
- Good wear resistance ensures that hydraulic transmission components of different materials are not easily worn under operating conditions.
- Better thermal stability and oxidation stability, to adapt to long-term recycling at 70~ 140℃ (or even higher) working conditions.
- Good low-temperature fluidity and low freezing point adapt to the working conditions of the machine when it is on and off and in winter.
- Good foam resistance makes the foam easily disappearing under conditions of continuous mechanical stirring. In order to avoid reducing the efficiency of the torsion converter and causing gear failure.

Application
1. It is advisable to control the temperature of blending oil below 70°C
2.This product contains anti-foaming agent. It is generally not necessary to add anti-foaming agent when blending oil. Anti-foaming agent can be added properly in special cases.
3.This product should not be mixed with other oils or additives to avoid mixing with water
4. The Reference Dosage 2.0--2.5%
Package/Product Storage/Transportation
Net weight: 200kg/drum.
The packing, marking, transportation, storage and delivery acceptance should meet the requirements of SH/T0164. The storage temperature suggested should be lower than 45°C,and the highest temperature of loading, unloading and blending should not exceed 75°C. The product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. In terms of safety, environmental protection and application method,please do it as same as general petroleum product ,without special protection.
