Brief Introduction：
Matting agent ICASON2088B is a kind of compund matting agent ,the lowest gloss of 10% can be reached .It fit to produce the powder coating with the gloss from 10% to 40% .It can provide excellent flowing ,mechanical propeties ,and aiti-yellowing performance . It is almost suitable for any 50 to 50 or 60 to 40 type hybrid polyester resins .ICASON2088 B contains Carboxy ,its reaction ratio with epoxy resin is 1:1.4.

Application:
1. Premix with other components of the formula before extrusion.
2. The use level is 1-3% based on total formula by weight,depends on the gloss required.
3. It is not recommended to add catalysts such as imidazole in the formula to improve the impact properties ,as which may lead to gloss and flow fluctuation .
4. Curing condition :190 ℃/15 min or 200℃/12 min .

Package and Storage:
1. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products. Seal tightly after using. As this product is irritant to respiratory tract, please wear dustproof mask and glove when operating.
2. Package:25kg per bag
3. Validity will be 1 year under normal temperature. The Product can still be usable out of this period if inspection passed.
