JDEP-228 is a multifunctional ash-free additive in the structure of phosphate ester amine salt with excellent load carrying capacity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. As a versatile additive, JDEP-228 reduces the amount of anti-emulsifier and anti-rust agent, and has good tribological properties, especially at higher temperatures, to form a thick boundary lubrication film. In addition, because of its good anti-wear properties, JDEP-228 is also widely used in the formulation of metal working fluids when used in combination with sulfur carriers.

Performance characteristics

A multifunctional ash-free additive with excellent load carrying capacity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Highly suitable for lubricant formulations requiring high load carrying capacity (FZG) and anti-corrosion properties. As a corrosion inhibitor for grease, it has excellent effect. Excellent oil solubility.

Application/Dosage/Package

Added to the formulation directly and compatibility needs to be tested before adding. 
Recommended treat level: 0.05-3.0w%
Net weight: 180 kgs/drum.
Store in cool and dry original sealed packaging, valid for 12 months
