1.Principle and instructions

Auxiliary PVC heat stabilizer BS - CUS is a new non-toxic material made by certain conditions of synthesis.

It has good complexing characteristics with the unstable structure of PVC, and can well absorb the unstable structure such as allyl chloride and HCl generated by heat in the processing of PVC mixture, and has a good complexing effect with zinc ions to effectively inhibit the phenomenon of zinc burning.Then reflects the excellent thermal stability and the very good initial coloring.

This product can completely replace DBM, SBM and Uracil in non-transparent PVC products (expect cables & wires), and has good synergistic effect with zinc stearate, calcium, hydrotalcite, zeolite, antioxidant, etc
