Organic Peroxides
HENAN ICASON NEW MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD is the customer manufacturing and services business unit of ICASON GROUP.Icason is committedto being the preferred global supplier on cross-linking agent, also called curingagent and vulcanizing agent, based on diverse industries.
ICASON®TBHP-70 is a volatility liquid, alkyl hydroperoxide initiator for polymerization of acrylic emulsion, and widely used as raw material for organic peroxides synthesis.
CAS No. : 105-74-8
ICASON-TMCH90 is a low volatility, yellowish liquid, peroxyketals initiator, effective for the polymerization of styrene and cross linking of elastomers, and used as heat curing agent of unsaturated polyester.
TBPB can be used for the polymerization and copolymerization of styrene in the temperature range of 100-140℃. During polymerization the temperature is increased in steps.
TBEC is a colorless transparent liquid, mainly used as the initiator for the (co)polymerization of ethylene, styrene, butadiene, acrylate and methyl acrylate.
TAIC is multifunctional alkene monomer with aromatic heterocycle. It is not dissolves in water, slightly dissolved in alkane, and completely dissolves in aromatic hydrocarbon, alcohol, acetone, hydrocarbon halides, cyclopentene hydrocarbon.
MEKP is mainly used as curing agent of unsaturated polyester resin in the presence of a cobalt accelerator at room and elevated temperatures.
DTBP is a liquid dialkyl peroxide. It is an efficient initiator for polymerization of olefins and acrylic resins, and a modification agent of PP degradation.
ICASON-DTAP is clear liquid, used as initiator of polymerization acrylates and methacrylates, ethylene.
It is mainly used as crosslinking agent for synthetic rubber, EVA injection shoe, etc.
The curing temperature over 90 degrees Celsius, the amount of 1.2-2.5% (depending on different types of plastic and products required)
DBPH 45% paste is transparent yellowish paste, mainly used for the crosslinking of silicone rubbers.
As Cross linking Agent, the temperature over 90 degrees Celsius, the amount of 1.2-2.5% (depending on different types of elastomers required).
Cumene hydroperoxide is a colorless to light yellow liquid with a sharp, irritating odor. Flash point 79.44℃. Boils at 153°C and at 100°C at the reduced pressure of 8 mm Hg.
CUMENE HYDROPEROXIDE may be used for various polymerization reactions. It can be used in emulsion, solution and bulk polymerizations.
Polymerization of styrene
It mainly used in whitening of wheat or corn powder.
BPO75% is a free flowing granular(or powder) form of water damped diacyl peroxide, used as initiator of polymerization in styrene, acrylic resins; and curing agent for unsaturated resin and elastomers.
BPO 50% powder is a fine, free-flowing, non-caking granular powder consisting of 50% dibenzoyl peroxide, pathalate ester plasticizer and standardized with silica, which can be easily and fast dispersed and dissolved in unsaturated polyester and acrylic resins.
BPO 50% paste is a fine dispersion of dibenzoyl peroxide in a smooth, non-separating fire resistant creamy paste form, which can be easily dissolved in resins and monomers.
BIPB is a widely used curing agent for plastics and rubbers, such as CPE, EPDM, EVA, silicone rubber, NBR and fluorubber. Compared with DCP, BIPB is more efficient at less dosage and much lower odor in the processing and final products.
BIPB is a white to yellowish granule,Insoluble in water, partly dissolving in ethanol, ether, benzene, carbon tetrachloride and other organic solvents.
BIPB 40% is a widely used crosslinking agent for plastics and rubbers, such as CPE, EPDM, EVA, silicone rubber, NBR and fluorubber.
AIBN is the (azo)initiator, which can be used for polymerization production, such as styrene, vinylchloride, vinylidenechloride, acrylonitrile, acrylates and methacrylates monomers, and also can be served as an initiator in some thermoset applications.
