Low Temperature  and  Fast  Curing  Agent  ICASON1031  is  a  substance  with  chemical  structure  of    cyclic amidine. It can  be applied to  Epoxy  powder  coating  as a  hardener  and also to  Hybrid  coating as  an  accelerator.

Application:
1. ICASON1031can be used as hardenerin high reactive epoxy resin powder coatings to achieve rapidly curingin 30 minutes at 140℃ orin 3-5 minutes at  200℃. The dosage of ICASON1031 as curing agent: 6-7% by weightof epoxy resin (EEW:700-900).
2. When used in dicyandiamide-cured pure Epoxy resin powder or epoxy/Polyester hybrid powder, ICASON1031 is an accelerator. The dosage of ICASON1031 as curing accelerator: 0.05- 0.3% by weight of resin.
3. In the processing of epoxy powder coatings, the extruding temperature should be controlled below100℃ toprevent pre-crosslinking.
