Curing Accelerator ICASON1064
Low temperature fast curing accelerator ICASON1064, which can be applied in Pure Polyester and Hybrid systems to improve the reaction speed and lower the curing condition remarkably and have anti-yellowing property with heat-resistance; Besides, it can reduce the amount of the curing agent to save cost and there is no effect on the surface leveling.

Application:
1. Used in Pure Polyester or Hybrid system.
2. Dosage: 0.1-0.2% of the total amount. Mix with other materials and extrude.
Characteristics:
1. ICASON1064 can lower the curing temperature effectively. The curing condition can bereached at 180℃/10min; For the low temperature curing conditions 140℃/15-20 mins, suggested dosage is 0.4%of polyester resin. With low temperature polyester resin, it can make lower temperature curing conditions; the exact dosage should be selected after testing.
2. Compared with other low temperature curing agent, ICASON1064 is with higher catalyticactivity and better anti-yellowing.
3. Excellent mechanical strength and transparency.
4. Curing condition:130-140°℃/15min; 180℃/10mins; 200℃/5mins
