Brief Introduction:
ICASON1064E is a new type of anti-yellowing low-temperature curing accelerator,which is used to increase the reaction rate and lower the curing temperature, thereby enhancing the physical properties of powder coatings(such as impact resistance and adhesion).It can replace ALLNEX 964.

Application:
1.Dosage: 0.3-1% (total formula amount), which can be directly mixed with resin, fillers and other additives and then extruded.
2.ICASON1064E significantly reduces the curing temperature or shortens the curing time, enhancing the three-dimensional effect and texture of the textured powder.
3.ICASON1064E significantly reduces the fluctuation of the system's gloss with curing temperature.
4.ICASON1064E has a strong resistance to yellowing during baking.
5. ICASON1064E does not affect the gloss and leveling of the coating film.
6.Polyester/TGIC,polyester/epoxy hybrid powder; Addition amount:0.3-1.0%.
7.Polyester/TGIC;(180℃/15 minutes) dosage: 0.3%;
8.Polyester/TGIC;(160℃/15 minutes) dosage: 0.5%;
9.Polyester/epoxy(160℃/15 minutes) dosage: 0.8%;
10.Polyester/epoxy(150℃/15 minutes) dosage:1%;
(The above experiments show that after curing and film formation, this product does not affect leveling and gloss. The positive and negative impact performance can pass at 50KG.The dosage of this product can be adjusted according to different types of resins.)
Package and Storage:
1. Packed in 25 kilograms of aluminum-plastic composite bags with inner polyethylene plastic bags.
2. This product should be stored in a cool,dry and well-ventilated place to avoid moisture absorption. After use, it should be immediately sealed and kept away from heat sources and fire Sources.
3. The validity period is at least two years when stored at a temperature below 30℃. Expired products can only be used after passing the test.
