Brief Introduction:
ICASON1064D is a new type of anti-yellowing low-temperature curing accelerator, which is used to increase the reaction speed and lower the curing temperature, thereby improving the physical properties of powder coatings, such as impact resistance, flexibility, and adhesion. It won't increase the gloss of he matt powder coating system coating, but reduces gloss without affecting the leveling and weather ability of the coating surface.

Application:
1.Dosage:0.2-1.0%Mix with other materials and extrude.
2. Hybrid system:180℃/15 min, dosage: 0.5%; 160℃/10-15 min, dosage: 0.8%;
3. PE/TGIC system:160℃/15 min, dosage: 0.3%; 160℃/15 min, dosage: 0.5%;
Package and Storage:
1.Packaging with 25KG/Fiber drums.
2.Sealed packaging, storing in a cool and dry place.
3.Shelf life of this product is at least 2 years with reasonable storage.
