Brief Introduction：
Matting agent ICASON2088E is a is a kind of physical matting agent mainly used in the hybrid system powder coating ,the gloss from3%-60% .It can provide good flowing ,low gloss ,and aiti-yellowing performance . It is almost suitable for any 50 to 50 or 60 to 40 type hybrid polyester resins .ICASON2088E will not react with epoxy resin ,and fit for making low-gloss and semi-matt finish coatings.

Application:
1. Premix with other components of the formula before extrusion.
2. The use level is 1-4% based on total formula by weight,depends on the gloss required.
3. It is not recommended to add catalysts such as imidazole in the formula to improve the impact properties ,as which may lead to gloss and flow fluctuation .
4. No obvious selection on the polyester resin, with excellent leveling Curing condition :190 ℃/15 min

Package and Storage:
1. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products. Seal tightly after using. As this product is irritant to respiratory tract, please wear dustproof mask and glove when operating.
2. Package: 25kg per bag
3. Validity will be 1 year under normal temperature. The Product can still be usable out of this period if inspection passed.
