Brief Introduction：
Matting Agent ICASON1058 is a physical agent based on wax, to provide the semi-gloss 30-60%.which can be applied in TGIC or Hybrid powder coatings system. It does not affect the flow and impact properties. When applied in outdoor powder coatings, ICASON1058 still can give a good film with fine weather durability.

Application:
1. Premix with other components of the formula before extrusion.
2. Dosage is 1-3% .Mor added in(over 3%), gloss reduction not obvious but affect the mechanical performance of film.
3. Extrude temperature：110-120℃
4. Curing conditions：200℃/12min or190℃/15min

Package and Storage:
1. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products. Seal tightly after using. As this product is irritant to respiratory tract, please wear dustproof mask and glove when operating.
2. Package: 20kg bag
3. Validity will be 1 year under normal temperature. The Product can still be usable out of this period if inspection passed.
