Brief Introduction：
Matting hardener ICASON1068-A is a kind of Matting Hardener used in Polyester /HAA system powder coatings . The lowest gloss is 4％ (60°) and it more effective than the Polyester /GMA system .

Application:
1. It is TGIC free , avoid the toxicity of the TGIC system . And it can also keep excellent mechanical and appearance performance .
2. Mix with other materials and then extrude . Curing condition:200℃ / 15mins
3. Dosage: Recommend to design formula by weight parts of 75/25 [resin to ICASON1068-A] for pure polyester resin with acid value 30-35mgKOH/g

Package and Storage:
1. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products. Seal tightly after using. As this product is irritant to respiratory tract, please wear dustproof mask and glove when operating.
2. Package: 20kg bag
3. Validity will be 1 year under normal temperature. The Product can still be usable out of this period if inspection passed.
