Brief Introduction：
Matting Agent ICASON1088D is a kind of compound matting agent designed for applying in exterior Polyester/TGIC powder coatings to provide low gloss of 8% at dosage 1-5%.This chemical system have excellent mechanical properties and matting effect .

Application:
1. Choose polyester of 93/7（TGIC type ） with low-viscosity and slow-reaction to get good flowing and excellent matting effect.
2. Adding the accelerator/catalyst to improve the impact properties is not recommended, as which may lead to the loss of gloss and flowing.
3. Curing condition:190℃/15min or 200℃/12min. Above mentioned condition, the gloss and impact properties will be stable.

Package and Storage:
1. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products. Seal tightly after using. As this product is irritant to respiratory tract, please wear dustproof mask and glove when operating.
2. Package: 25kg bag
3. Validity will be 1 year under normal temperature. The Product can still be usable out of this period if inspection passed.
