Brief Introduction：
ICASON1088L is an outstanding low-temperature or fast-curing matting agent, designed for PES/TGIC outdoor weather-resistant powder coating systems to provide approximately 15%(60°) gloss. The coating features excellent leveling and outstanding mechanical properties.

Technical Characteristic:
1. It has excellent matting performance and can provide approximately 15-35%(60 °) gloss.
2. It can be achieved at 160℃ for 20 minutes or 200℃ for 3 minutes.
3. When premixing, mix evenly and crush the polyester particles as finely as possible, which is beneficial for the matting effect.
4. It is not recommended to add catalysts in the powder formula. The polyester selected should preferably be bendable polyester.
Usage and Dosage:
1. Mix it together with other components in the formula in a high-speed mixer, and then extrude it through an extruder. Pay attention to the extrusion temperature to avoid gelation particles.
2. The dosage is 2-6% of the total weight of the formula. The matting agent: TGIC= 15:1, depending on the required gloss.

Package and Storage:
1. Packed in polyethylene lined kraft paper bags, each bag weighs 25 kilograms.
2. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. After use, it should be sealed immediately and kept away from fire sources.
3. Based on our experience of this product in the < 32 ℃ storage temperature is valid for at least two years.But the powder with ICASON1088L should be finished within 1 month.
