Brief Introduction：
ICASON130F is a specially modified polymer that can be used as a texture additive in powder coatings to produce a fine sand-like appearance. Its characteristic is that it contains no fluorine or fluorine substitutes. Applicable to polyester-TGIC or Primid systems.

Technical Characteristic:
1. Suitable for polyester /TGIC or Primid, the coating presents a uniform fine sand-like appearance.
2. The size of the sand texture on the coating film is related to the dosage of this product, the size of the powder particle size and the thickness of the coating film
3. Repeated extrusion of the powder coating made from this product will lead to an increase in gloss and a weakening of the sand texture effect. If repeated extrusion is indeed necessary, corresponding adjustments should be made according to the actual situation.
4. Fillers containing calcium such as calcium carbonate,native sulfate of barium should not be used. precipitated barium sulphate, kaolin, talc can be used as fillers
5. The relationship between the amount of addition and the sandy feel and gloss: as the amount of addition decreases, the sandy feel increases and the gloss increases; as the amount of addition increases, the sandy feel decreases and the gloss decreases.
6. Do not extrude repeatedly, as this will affect the gloss, increasing the gloss and weakening the sandy feel.
Usage and Dosage：
1. It is mixed with other components in the formula in a high-speed mixer and then extruded through an extruder.
2. The dosage is 1-4% of the total weight of the formula.
Package and Storage:
1. Packed in kraft paper bags lined with polyethylene, with a net weight of25 kilograms per bag.
2. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Seal immediately after use. Stay away from fire.
3. Based on our experience, the validity period of this product is at least one years when stored at a temperature below 32℃ .
