Product Introduction
JDVII-6831 is a solution of polymethacrylate in a highly refined mineral oil. It is a viscosity index improver specially designed for hydraulic fluids with high shear stability. It is suitable for the modulation of hydraulic oil, especially low-temperature hydraulic oil, and can effectively improvesthe viscosity indexof the oil. Under the premise of ensuring shear stability., it has the double effects of improving the viscosity index and reducing the pour point, and effectively saves the product formula cost.
Product Performance
With narrow molecular weight distribution, it has good low temperature fluidity, excellent shear stability, and can effectively improve the viscosity index and inhibit wax crystallization.
Especially for hydrotreating base oil, it has excellent pour point depressant effect.
It has excellent filtration performance and anti-emulsification performance.

Recommended dosage: The recommended dosage for JDVII-6831 is 1 to 10%, depending on the actual application. For details, please consult our additive application engineer.
Packing And Precautions
Net weight: 170 Kg/drum, packed in 200 liter metal drum. Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive.
Please refer to SH/T0164 for transportation, storage and handling. Best Blending temperature: 50-60℃. Storage temperature below 60℃, avoid repeated heating, keep away from heat.

The evaluation is carried out according to SH/T0622-2007 standard.

10% (mass fraction) JDVII-6831 is added into Dalian HVI150 base oil, heated to 60℃~70℃ , and stirred evenly to obtain the sample. The shear stability index (diesel injector method), thickening ability, low temperature dynamic viscosity, pour point and other performance parameters of the sample are deter- mined.

Using imported hydraulic oil compound, a certain proportion of imported ERTO4 and GS500N-4 base oil and pour point depressant, and using viscosity index improver JDVII-6831 and Evonik V8-310 respectively to make HV 46, the kinematic viscosity, viscosity index, pour point, air release value, demulsification, liquid phase corrosion and shear stability of the oil are measured.

In dalian HVI150 base oil, 1%, 2%, 3%, 6%, 10% (mass fraction) JDVII-6831 were added respectively, heated to 60℃~70℃, and stirred evenly to obtain the sample, and the viscosity index parameters of the oil sample were determined.

Conclusion
JDVII-6831 can be used in low temperature hydraulic oil blending, save the amount of pour point depres- sant, and effectively improve the viscosity indexof oil. This product is processed by advanced technology. Compared with advanced products at home and abroad, it is environmentally friendly and has better economy under the prem- ise of ensuring thickening ability and shear stability. It is the best choice of viscosity index improver.
