Product Introduction
JDVII-6831E is the solution of polymethacrylate in deeply refined mineral oil, which can effectively improve the viscosity index of oil, save the amount of pour point depressor, and the price is reasonable. Compared with similar products, it has huge economy and can effectively save production costs.

JDVII-6831E is a viscosity index improver with high shear stability.
It has excellent low temperature performance and has a smaller dosage in the mixing process of low temperature hydraulic oil and other oils.
It can effectively improve the viscosity index of oil and save the amount of pour point depressor.

Packing And Precautions
Net weight: 170 Kg/drum, packed in 200 liter metal drum. Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive.
Please refer to SH/T0164 for transportation, storage and handling. Best Blending temperature: 50-60℃. Storage temperature below 60℃, avoid repeated heating, keep away from heat.

The kinematic viscosity, viscosity index, pour point, air release value, emulsification resistance, liquid corrosion and shear stability of the oil were measured in the HV 46 made of ashless hydraulic oil compound agent and a certain proportion of base oil.
