Brief introduction:

TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer) is a block copolymer containing polyester hard segment and polyether soft segment. The polyether soft segment and the non crystalline polyester form amorphous phase, and the hard segment is partly crystallized to form the crystalline micro region, which plays the role of physical crosslinking point. The soft segment gives it elasticity to make it like rubber; the hard segment gives it the processing performance and makes it like the plastic; compared with the rubber, it has better processing property and longer service life; compared with the engineering material, it has the characteristics of high degree of strength, and flexibility and dynamic mechanics. The performance is better. By adjusting the ratio of soft and hard segments, the hardness of TPEE can be from Shore 30-82D, whose elasticity and strength are between rubber and plastic. Because of the balanced performance of TPEE at high and low temperatures, its working temperature range is very wide, and it can be used at -70 ~ 200°c.

Application: 

Note:

▲ Before molding, no matter whether the packaging of TPEE raw materials is good or not, they must be dried.

▲ TPEE material has certain hygroscopicity, causing material degradation during extrusion. During processing, the material is unpacked before production.
▲ Add the entire package to the hopper, fill the hopper as much as possible and seal it well, preferably in dehumidification and drying Dry in the container.

If using toner or color masterbatch dyeing, it must be thoroughly mixed with TPEE natural particles and dried together.
