For thick-walled, impact-resistant parts, we upgrade to a polyurethane-impregnated Long Glass Fiber (LGF) process. With a thermal decomposition temperature of up to 335°C, it perfectly matches PPS processing temperatures. Compared to traditional epoxy types, this boosts tensile strength by 20% and notched impact strength by over 50%. For lightweight and anti-corrosion needs, we offer custom Basalt Fiber (BF) solutions that combine low density with excellent acid and alkali resistance.
  • Whisker Ternary Compounding System (A Win-Win for Strength and Flow): We innovatively incorporate calcium sulfate whiskers to fill microscopic voids in 40% glass fiber formulations and optimize melt flowability. At an optimal addition level of 10 phr, tensile strength exceeds 200 MPa and unnotched impact strength surpasses 50 kJ/m², completely resolving processing issues caused by high filler content.
  • Elastomer Toughening System (Breaking the Brittleness Bottleneck): To address the pain point of poor notched impact, we precisely compound toughening agents like POE-g-MAH. Adding 6% toughening agent to a 40% glass fiber system increases notched impact strength by 25%. The synergistic effect of flexible chain segments and MAH groups enhances toughness while maintaining strong interfacial bonding with the glass fibers.
  • Functional Customization System (Empowering Extreme Conditions): We provide high-insulation and UV-resistant formulations for film capacitors; low-friction coefficient systems for wear-resistant pumps and valves; and enhanced CTI (Comparative Tracking Index) formulations for low-dielectric, high-voltage components, meeting the stringent demands of various extreme operating environments.
