Dual Temperature Control: Equipment + Process

High-temperature heat accumulation during production is the primary trigger of powder caking. Address this through a two-pronged approach: equipment retrofit with chilled water cooling units on extruder heat dissipation pipelines, and process optimization by reducing roller flaking speed to ensure adequate cooling and prevent residual heat buildup in flakes.
