Brief Introduction:
ICASON1064A is a new type of  low-temperature curing accelerator, which is used to increase the reaction speed and lower the curing temperature, thereby improving the physical properties of powder  coatings, such as impact resistance, flexibility, and adhesion. ICASON1064A has no effect on the surface of  Hybrid matting system.

Application:
1. Dosage: 0.3-1.0% Mix with other  materials and extrude.
2. PE/TGIC  system: 180℃/15min, dosage: 0.3%; 160℃/15min, dosage:0.5%
3. Hybrid system: 180℃/15min, dosage: 0.5-0.6%; 160℃/15min, dosage:0.8%
 

Package  and  Storage:
1. Packaging  with  25KG/Fiber  drums.
2. Sealed  packaging, storing  in  a  cool  and  dry  place.
3. Shelf life of this  product  is at  least 2 years with  reasonable  storage.
