Floating Agent ICASON30-A, composited of acrylate copolymer, is a surfactant which can be used to produce floating agent . By adjusting surface tension and form tension gradient after blending into powder coating, it produces uneven surface, that is, form wrinkles, hammer and art pattern effect.
ICASON130F is a specially modified polymer that can be used as a texture additive in powder coatings to produce a fine sand-like appearance. Its characteristic is that it contains no fluorine or fluorine substitutes. Applicable to polyester-TGIC or Primid systems.
ICASON130 is a kind of special fluoride polymer which can make Sand texture effect. By adjusting the formula or adding Bentonite,it also can make coarse sand grain or very fine sand grain surface . ICASON130 is widely used in Aluminum alloy coating and Electrical Instrument case .
ICASON2088L is a newly developed low-temperature curing matting agent suitable for epoxy/polyester. The coating has excellent leveling, mechanical and anti-yellowing properties.
ICASON1088L is an outstanding low-temperature or fast-curing matting agent, designed for PES/TGIC outdoor weather-resistant powder coating systems to provide approximately 15%(60°) gloss. The coating features excellent leveling and outstanding mechanical properties.
Matting Agent ICASON1088K is a low-wax containing and resin based matting agent designed for applying in exterior Polyester/TGIC powder coatings to provide low gloss of 5% at dosage 1-6% .This chemical system have excellent flow and anti-yellowing property.
Matting Agent ICASON1088D is a kind of compound matting agent designed for applying in exterior Polyester/TGIC powder coatings to provide low gloss of 8% at dosage 1-5%.This chemical system have excellent mechanical properties and matting effect .
Matting hardener ICASON1068-A is a kind of Matting Hardener used in Polyester /HAA system powder coatings . The lowest gloss is 4％ (60°) and it more effective than the Polyester /GMA system .
Matting Agent ICASON1068 is a matting hardener used in Polyester/TGIC system which can provide low-gloss of 8-40(60°). It may also be used in black shade due to its good leveling properties . ICASON1068 is mainly used in outdoor powder coating with good weather durability .
Matting Agent ICASON1058 is a physical agent based on wax, to provide the semi-gloss 30-60%.which can be applied in TGIC or Hybrid powder coatings system. It does not affect the flow and impact properties. When applied in outdoor powder coatings, ICASON1058 still can give a good film with fine weather durability.
Matting agent ICASON2088E is a is a kind of physical matting agent mainly used in the hybrid system powder coating ,the gloss from3%-60% .It can provide good flowing ,low gloss ,and aiti-yellowing performance . It is almost suitable for any 50 to 50 or 60 to 40 type hybrid polyester resins .ICASON2088E will not react with epoxy resin ,and fit for making low-gloss and semi-matt finish coatings.
Leveling Agent ICASON3088 is a polyacrylate with silica carrier. It have a stronger ability to overcome pitting and cratering, a smooth surface and good distinctness.
